I had such a great experience at Uncle Bill’s Pancake House in Cape May. The location is perfect — just steps away from the beach, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great spot to enjoy breakfast or brunch. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and parking is convenient, which makes the visit even easier. For food, I ordered the Cape May Plate, Eggs Benedict, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, along with sides of smoked bacon, smoked ham, and avocado. Everything was delicious! The pancakes were fluffy and full of flavor, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the sides were fresh and tasty. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into every dish. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole meal even more enjoyable. Service was quick, and everyone was welcoming with a smile, which added to the positive experience. Overall, Uncle Bill’s Pancake House is definitely worth visiting if you’re in Cape May. Great food, great atmosphere, and a great location near the ocean — I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Love having breakfast here everytime we visit Cape May. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to be seated but it's worth the waiting. I love the pecan pancakes (gluten free menu). Always fresh and delicious. Also the veggie omelet.

I went to NJ last month and wanted to try famous pancakes from Uncle Bill. We ordered lots of thing there; Cape may plate w/ pork chop, egg omelet w/ toasts, eggs benedict and chocolate chip pancakes. They were so good!!! And the servers were very nice and welcoming us.
